We're truly sorry that your order didn't work out! If you're absolutely not 100% in love with your purchase, we'll be happy to accept your item back to make things right. Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date your order is received for a store credit or a same item exchange. We do not offer money back returns. As soon as we process your return, you will receive an email notification with all the details. Please allow up to 7 days for return processing. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All tags must be attached. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We can not take fault on damage items after they are worn. If you received any damage merchandise, contact us immediately for item exchange. Any exchanges on damaged pieces must be completed 7 days from receiving your order.
Please note: all sale items, promotional sale items, accessories and shoes are final sale. No exchanges or returns on these items.

Receive a store credit for the amount of your return minus any shipping charges. Use it any time towards finding something else you'll love. Store credit doesn't expire and is easy to use.
Love your new Famosa find but need it in a different size? We'll be happy to exchange it as long as that item's still in stock. Please let us know as soon as you can so we can reserve the item for you to ensure it won't get sold out. Send the item back and we will mail you an exchange as soon as we receive the old one back.
Store pick-ups are available 24 hours from the day your order was placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick up.
