SHIPPING

Shipping Policy


Shipping starts at $7 based on your location and weight of order. Once you've entered your shipping address, your shipping will be calculated.  All orders are shipped our in the order they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days processing time.

UPS Shipping for continental USA only. Orders can not be canceled or modified once UPS/USPS has picked up your package. We are not liable for any incorrect/incomplete address enter at checkout. 

USPS Priority Mail for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Islands + territories). UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

UPS Ground: All orders ship out Miami Springs, FL. Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email.

All express shipments (2nd day, 1 day air express or 3 day select) must be placed by 12pm EST to ship out same day. If received after 12pm EST, it will ship out the following business day (weekends not included). 

Weekends not included and/or guaranteed as delivery days.

USPS Priority Mail: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and territories ship via USPS Priority Mail. All USA orders with PO Boxes also ship via USPS, not UPS. We ship out your order within 48 hours, but shipping carriers may be experiencing some delays when already en route to destination. We recommend just staying up to date with the tracking information and your local post office. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Free In Store Pickup is available for local customers. Click the Local Pickup option at check out (instead of shipping). Please wait for your ready for pick up confirmation email - or call/text at 305-846-1251 us first. Usually ready same day, weekends not included. You will not be charged shipping. 

 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages once in the possession of the shipping carrier that your shipment shipped with. Delays can occur due to any internal delays the carrier may be experiencing, and lost/incorrect deliveries may occur. Please keep an eye on your package with the tracking information provided. You can contact UPS or USPS directly as the receiver of the package; you can also contact us and we can try our best to facilitate the situation. But we cannot replace or reimburse items that are lost or stolen.  

If your package has been lost or stolen, please complete a find my Lost Mail Claim and create a claim to get insurance for the package. Please note: all our orders are insured only up to $100. You are responsible for any claim over $100. All claims over $100, will be your responsibility.  We will work with you as much as we can during this process. We appreciate your patience as we want to help you locate your package as soon as you :)  We just have to go through the shipping carrier's systems to make sure we are taking every step possible to retrieve your package.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased via the website are emailed to the email used when placing order. No physical card is sent out. Gift cards are Final Sale. Store credits cannot be used as payment towards the purchase of a Gift Card.

 
How much does shipping cost?

Average shipping cost is approximately $7-9 for 2-3 day domestic shipping. Next day shipping is $25-35.

Tracking Your Package:
